Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been submitted, you will no longer be able to cancel it or modify it online. If you wish to cancel or modify your order please contact us making sure to reference the order number and the reference number of the new product(s) with which you wish to replace your existing order. Cancellations and modifications requested after shipping cannot be processed before the original merchandise is returned to us. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after your card details have been verified and after we have received credit authorization, confirmed the availability of your item, and have prepared your order for shipping.
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
Only one form of payment can be accepted per order. Should you wish to use multiple payment methods, you will have to create a new order for each payment method.
Will I be charged sales tax?
You will not be charged sales tax on all orders delivered to and within the US.
Shipping services
Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
We offer complimentary ground shipping with USPS on all US orders. Orders are usually processed the next business day and delivery time is usually between 2 to 4 business days. During checkout you can also choose expedited shipping for an additional $15 charge. Expedited orders are usually shipped with either FedEx, UPS or DHL. Orders are usually processed the next business day and delivery time is usually between 1 to 2 business days.
Where does Roberttos.com ship?
Robertto’s is able to ship orders to any valid shipping address.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At present, we are only able to ship to one address per order. To arrange delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
While we are able to ship orders to any valid address, we highly recommend against shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you must select a P.O. Box as your shipping address, we can not be held liable for missing orders if they are marked as delivered by USPS. In addition, please note that delivery to a P.O. Box will not be accepted for the expedited delivery option as the courier will require the recipient’s signature upon delivery.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
Expedited orders will require a signature upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided for all orders via a shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to the client upon processing and dispatch of their order.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders dispatched through our complimentary ground shipping service with USPS are usually processed the next business day and delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Orders dispatched through our expedited shipping service are usually processed the next business day and delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

All purchases made through Roberttos.com can be exchanged or returned for a full refund as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. Returns or exchanges requested after shipping cannot be processed until the original merchandise is returned to us.
We do not accept returns or refunds on customized orders and on used or altered merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandize. Refunds can only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please be aware that after a refund has been processed, it may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase, if any, are non-refundable.

However, for gifted items refunds may only be issued to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We understand that our clients do not want to miss out on the items they love. As such, we offer you the opportunity to pre-order new items that are currently in production or sold out items that are in backorder. When you pre-order one of these items, you will be automatically placed on the priority waiting list, allowing you to be among the first to receive your selection as soon as it becomes available.
How do I care for my Robertto’s products?
There may come a time when your Robertto's pocket square requires cleaning, and should this happen, we would always recommend sending it to a professional dry cleaning service. Ensure you direct the cleaners to pay close attention to the hand-rolled hems, which should never be pressed. As well as this, do take care to remember that silk may be damaged by contact with water.
